Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2025
These Terms govern access to the YUMA salon software (“Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The Service
YUMA provides online appointment scheduling, client CRM, staff and service management, public booking pages, and optional integrations (Telegram, Instagram Messaging, and others). Features may change; we will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for inviting staff with appropriate permissions. One account may manage multiple projects where the product allows.
Salon content and clients
You retain ownership of data you upload about your salon and clients. You must have a lawful basis to store and message clients (e.g. consent or contract) and to comply with applicable privacy laws. You may not use YUMA for spam or unlawful messaging.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are processed by Paddle. Fees, renewal, and refunds follow the checkout terms shown at purchase and Paddle policies. We may suspend access for non-payment after notice where applicable.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our aggregate liability for the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. For questions: support@yumatime.com.
